HISTORY
It
all started with the dream of John T. Maxwell who wanted to put a live steam
train on his 20 acre property and give rides to all ages. It soon became a
showcase and landmark of the Plymouth and Canton community.
TRAIN PHOTOS
Bring back memories of your time riding the train, having a picnic or even a birthday party as the train chuggs by loaded with people having a great time!
STEAM ENGINES
The
train was not the only thing steam powered on the property. Every weekend during the summer in the 50’s
and 60’s, you could see the large Case and Port Huron Steam Engines in action. It was truly a spectacle.
